TheHILLS Myanmar (THM) is proud to contribute to advancing gender equality in Chin State through its CSARN Research Fellowships for Women. Designed to strengthen research capacity and leadership, the programme supports young women scholars to carry out independent, community-relevant research and engage meaningfully in academic and policy spaces. Fellows are selected through a competitive process led by an expert committee and receive a research stipend, tailored training, and dedicated mentoring from regional and international experts. The programme focuses on building technical skills in research methods, gender awareness, and communication, with opportunities for conference or event participation. By supporting women to grow as researchers and leaders, the fellowship aims to foster a new generation of women contributing to knowledge, advocacy, and decision-making in and beyond Chin State.
